B.A.C.H. Land Development, LLC (BACH) began providing quality new home construction services in Florida in 2006, and quickly expanded into ground-up renovation commercial projects. In 2008, presented with an opportunity to provide services in the manufactured housing sector, BACH began contracting with community owners to renovate both existing mobile homes and community amenity buildings. BACH soon added manufactured home installation, site development, and paving services and became the premier full-service contractor on a national level in the manufactured housing arena. At the same time, BACH continued to increase commercial construction services and has established relationships with major companies in multiple states.
