The dress code for this event is business casual. Casual attire, including shorts and sandals, will be permitted for Wednesday evening’s off-site event. Jeans will be permitted on Thursday.
Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes. We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.
Wireless internet service will be provided, at no cost, for access while in guest rooms and in conference areas.

All Community/Resort Managers are required to attend. Senior leaders, department heads, and other select Team Members from the Main Office will also be in attendance.
In addition to Sun Team Members, a variety of vendors and partners will be on site at the event.
Required attendees who may be unable to attend must receive approval by his or her RVP, DVP, and John McLaren to be excused from the event.
Details regarding registration will be provided to invited Team Members in mid-2021.
During the registration process, attendees will have the ability to extend their stay based on hotel availability. Attendees will be prompted to provide credit card payment for any extensions to their hotel stay during the registration process.
Sun’s Events Team will attempt to honor extended air transportation dates, however attendees may be responsible for any differences in airfare.
Flights for attendees visiting the area as guest(s) of the Team Member are unable to be booked by Sun.
Though you may bring family member(s) or guest(s) with you, it is strongly discouraged during the dates of the conference. Instead, guest(s) may wish to join you at the conclusion of the conference should you wish to extend your stay.
Guests will not be permitted to attend the conference, meals, or other activities associated with the event as attendance is restricted to registered attendees only.
You will be responsible for arranging your guest(s) travel details and their associated costs.
You will be provided with specific details on expenses related to the event and the process for obtaining reimbursement for approved expenses during the registration process.
As a general rule, you will be reimbursed for all necessary expenses related to the event. It will be important for you to review the Event and Travel Reimbursement Agreement carefully to understand exactly which expenses will be approved for reimbursement.
Attendees who live within 500 miles of our event venue will be permitted to drive to and from the event, and will be provided with reimbursement for mileage and on-site parking.
Any attendees who wish to drive to the event and who live farther than 500 miles away will not receive reimbursement for any mileage or travel-related fees in excess of 1,000 miles round-trip.
Reimbursement is not provided for rental cars or their related fees. Rather, reimbursement is provided for mileage only in accordance with the details outlined in the Event and Expense Reimbursement Agreement.

Once you your registration fee or sponsorship has been paid, each attendee will receive a personalized registration invitation with a registration code which will enable you to register online for the event.
