Atwell is a full-service consulting, engineering, and construction services firm that delivers a broad range of creative solutions to clients in the Real Estate and Land Development market. We have enjoyed our relationship with Sun Communities and continue to diversify and broaden our services to better support Sun’s growth. Our services include land solutions, GIS, planning and landscape architecture, survey, environmental and natural resources, engineering, construction and national program management.

With a national reach and local knowledge, we are honored to have helped Sun in 21 States and Canada, supporting almost 100 expansion projects, leading the planning, engineering and construction of 15 ground-up projects and working with the Sun team to deliver over 10,000 MH and RV pad sites.
