• The Royalton Saint Lucia is an all-inclusive property.  The all-inclusive experience includes all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in-room minibar, and room service.  Exclusions and additional amenities included as part of the inclusive offering, and more details will be provided onsite.
• Lodging for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night is included.
• Sun will provide reimbursement for basic travel expenses, including 1 checked bag per traveler, per travel day (up to $35 per bag), economy lot airport parking, and a meal per travel day, up to $35 per individual.
• Transportation to and from the resort will also be arranged on your behalf and detailed information will be provided to you prior to the trip.
• If you do not have a valid passport, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one.
• If you choose to use your mobile phone while out of the country, you may incur roaming fees.  Most carriers offer travel plans to help limit the cost of roaming fees.

• While participation is not required, it is strongly recommended you and your guest attend the Welcome Dinner.  
• The welcome dinner will be our only scheduled group function, and will include a special awards presentation and live entertainment. 

• Team members who qualify for the trip are not required to use PTO.
• Team members who invite guests who are also Sun team members, but did not qualify for the trip themselves, will be required to use PTO if they wish to attend as your guest.

• If your guest would like to attend and needs to fly out of a different airport, you’ll be given the option to designate that information when you register.

• You must obtain and upload copies of you and your guest’s passport no later than Friday, February 21st.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS made to this requirement, so please be sure to plan accordingly.
• If you do not already have a valid passport, you will need to apply for one immediately and pay for expediting processing.  Do not risk using normal processing, as the US Department of State’s website lists current processing times averaging around 6-8 weeks.

• You may extend your stay in Saint Lucia during the registration process for this event.
• To do so, simply change your check-out date on the hotel booking page.  
• You will be required to pay for your extension using a major credit card.
• Your air reservation will be based on the date you select to check out of the resort, and will be booked once payment is made for any additional night(s) you choose to extend your stay.  Once your flight is booked, you will be responsible for any airfare changes that result from cancelling any extensions to your stay in Saint Lucia.  You will also be responsible for the difference in cost of airfare if flights are more expensive on your date of departure than the date the group is departing Saint Lucia.
• The ability to extend your stay will be based on the resort’s availability.
