Additional Terms & Conditions

• Home sales qualifying communities will be determined based on the largest percentage increase in total sales quants over budget, inclusive of brokered home sales
  • All qualifying properties must achieve their yearly sales budget to qualify, regardless of ranking on the leaderboard
• RV revenue qualifying resorts will be determined based on the largest percentage increase in total RV revenue, less discounts, over budget
  • All qualifying properties must achieve 101% of budgeted revenue of +1% variance to qualify, regardless of ranking on the leaderboard
• The rental home revenue awardee must exceed 101% of rental revenue budget, and the property must have a minimum total rental home revenue of $100,000
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by budget to actual sales CNOI for each property
• There will be one trip awarded per qualifying property, as designated by the RVP 
• Wholesale homes are excluded from all qualification metrics
• Team members must be actively employed in their same role at the same property on December 31, 2024  as they were on October 1, 2024 in order to qualify for any awards or incentives under this program
• Team members must be actively employed as of the date of trip to participate in the Elite Sales Incentive Trip
• Sun reserves the right to alter or discontinue this program at any time and in its sole discretion
