2020 Qualifying Criteria & Prizes
MH SALES
Two overall winners will be selected as determined by the highest variance to overall sales budget for the qualification period of January – December, 2020.
The top 5 performing communities from each sales size grouping (MH Small/Medium/Large), as determined by the budget to actual sales variance for the qualification period of July – December, 2020, will be selected¹.
RV REVENUE
Five winners will be selected from our resorts as determined by the highest revenue to budget variance for the qualification period of July – December, 2020.

- To Qualify
One grand prize winner will be selected. A raffle will be drawn from the first place winners in each of the following categories:
- MH Large
- MH Medium
- MH Small
- MH Overall
- RV Overall
The Grand Prize winner will also have the ability to select a prize bundle from the list below & receive March 11-12, 2021 as paid days off.
First Place Winners
Attend the 2022 Elite Sales Trip in Costa Rica
First place winners will secure a spot for the Elite Sales Trip to Costa Rica which will take place in March of 2022.
Added Bonus: If you qualify for the Elite Sales Trip based on program criteria for 2021 performance, you’ll be eligible to extend your trip at no extra cost².
To Qualify
First place winners will include the following:
- First place winners of MH Small, MH Medium, and MH Large for the period of July – December, 2020 performance
- The first place winner for RV Revenue for the period of January – December, 2020 performance
- The two winners of MH Overall for January – December, 2020 performance
Prize Bundles & Days Off
Select a Prize Bundle, Earn 2 Paid Days Off, & Receive a Sun Elite Sales Trophy
All winners will qualify to select one of the prize bundles below, receive March 11-12, 2021 as paid days off, and receive a Sun Elite Sales trophy to display at their home or office.
To Qualify
All winners, as designated per the criteria above, will receive a prize bundle, days off, and an Elite Sales trophy.
- First place winners of MH Small, MH Medium, and MH Large for the period of July – December, 2020 performance
- The first place winner for RV Revenue for the period of January – December, 2020 performance
- The two winners of MH Overall for January – December, 2020 performance
- Second through fifth place winners of each category
- Each DVP will select one “at large” winner
- Two BDSs will be selected based on budget performance for 2020

²Subject to resort availability.
Wholesale homes are excluded from overall actual and against budget.
If winner declines the grand prize, other compensation may be available.
Team members must be actively employed in their same role at the same community/resort on December 31, 2020 as they were on October 1, 2020 in order to qualify for any awards or incentives under this program.
Team members must be actively employed as of March 21, 2022 to participate in the 2022 Elite Sales Incentive Trip to Costa Rica.
