Additional Terms & Conditions

• For sales, the qualifying community will be determined by the % increase in total sales over budget (including brokered sales).
• Any RV resort that has a sales budget of 1+ will be placed in one of the sales categories above based off their total sales budget for the year
• For RV revenue (resorts with no sales budgets), the qualifying resorts will be determined by the % increase in total RV revenue (less discounts) over budget
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by sales CNOI for each community (budget to actual).
• There will be one trip awarded per qualifying property. The RVP will chose the final winner for each property.  
• Wholesale homes are excluded from overall actual and against budget.
• Team members must be actively employed in their same role at the same community/resort on December 31, 2023  as they were on October 1, 2023 in order to qualify for any awards or incentives under this program.
• Team members must be actively employed as of the date of trip to participate in the Elite Sales Incentive Trip.
• Sun Communities reserves the right to alter or discontinue this program at any time and in its sole discretion.
